Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at meandyouyouandmeco@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items that we are unable to replace due to stock or other issues will be refunded as a gift card only.

FAQ's

Can I cancel my order?

Unless there has been an error on our part or the item you purchased is clearly defective, you have no right to cancel.
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on personalised or made to order items.

Cancellation for personalisation - All personalisation input is the responsibility of the customer and therefore all embroidery and print will be done exactly as typed by the customer before purchase. 

Cancellation for Incorrect Size order - As items enter production early morning and throughout the day, we CANNOT cancel orders that are the incorrect size. You must check your order before checking out.

Cancellation for Incorrect Payment Method - We cannot cancel order if the incorrect payment method is chosen. Please ensure you select correctly at checkout.

Any orders that have entered production but are yet to be personalised and can be cancelled, will incur a 30% restocking/admin fee.


Can I return a product if I do not like the font?
We will NOT accept a return on items due to issues with fonts. We have our fonts detailed on products and on all of our create your owns and ALL items can have a proof requested before printing. This can be requested at the time of ordering.

Please note that we will only refund the original cost of the item and the original delivery charge. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
