Shipping Policy: All of our items that are in stock are shipped 2 weeks from your order date.
Amendments after ordering: Although we will try our best, some items are made shortly after placing as so we canβt guarantee any changes to orders once placed. You are able to cancel any order 2 hours after placing, after this, we can not cancel an order a your items will be placed into productions.
Delayed or Lost orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
